Valle Fiorita was founded in October 1997 as a small company producing fresh sandwiches in ATM. In a few years it becomes a leading company on the national market.
The production is entirely made with selected flours. The use of only natural yeast gives the product high digestibility and lightness. In addition, the use of extra virgin olive oil and iodized salt brings very few saturated fats without sacrificing taste. These elements, combined with stone cooking for some of the most sought after products, offer consumers a rich experience of the flavors and aromas of our land.
